DESCRIPTION:PULSE is a weekly social event for HIV positive people to have the chance to meet and interact with others. \n\nHosted by Test Postive Aware Network (TPAN) a wonderful agency in our community that empowers people living with HIV through peer-led programming\, support services\, information dissemination\, and advocacy. They also provide services to the broader community to increase HIV knowledge and sensitivity\, and to reduce the risk of infection.
