SUMMARY:Bros
DESCRIPTION:The 40th edition of Reeling is proud to present the first romantic comedy from a\n\nmajor studio (Universal Pictures) about two gay men maybe\, possibly\, probably\,\n\nstumbling towards love. Maybe. They’re both very busy.\n\nFrom the ferocious comic mind of Billy Eichner (BILLY ON THE STREET\,\n\n2019’S THE LION KING\, DIFFICULT PEOPLE\, IMPEACHMENT: AMERICAN\n\nCRIME STORY) and the hitmaking brilliance of filmmakers Nicholas Stoller\n\n(the NEIGHBORS films\, FORGETTING SARAH MARSHALL) and Judd Apatow\n\n(THE KING OF STATEN ISLAND\, TRAINWRECK\, THE BIG STICK)\, comes\n\nBROS\, a smart\, swoony and heartfelt comedy about how hard it is to find\n\nanother tolerable human being to go through life with.\n\nStarring Billy Eichner\, the first openly gay man to co-write and star in his own\n\nmajor studio film—and featuring an entirely LGBTQ+ principal cast\, including Luke\n\nMacfarlane (KILLJOYS)\, Ts Madison (THE TS MADISON EXPERIENCE)\, Monica\n\nRaymund (CHICAGO FIRE)\, Guillermo Díaz (SCANDAL)\, Guy Branum (THE OTHER\n\nTWO) and Amanda Bearse (MARRIED …WITH CHILDREN)—BROS is directed by\n\nNicholas Stoller from his screenplay with Eichner. The film is produced by Judd\n\nApatow\, Stoller and Joshua Church (co-producer TRAINWRECK\, STEP BROTHERS)\n\nand is executive produced by Eichner.
