SUMMARY:High Tide
DESCRIPTION:Heartbroken and adrift\, Brazilian immigrant Lourenço searches for purpose in the queer mecca of Provincetown. As the summer season fades\, he sparks an intense and unexpected romance with Maurice\, a charismatic African American nurse on holiday. Together\, they navigate their vastly different backgrounds\, reconcile the pasts they've left behind\, and face their uncertain futures. Featuring Brazilian star Marco Pigossi\, Oscar winner Marisa Tomei\, TANGERINE's Mya Taylor\, and Bill Irwin\, HIGH TIDE is an emotionally rich story set against the stunning backdrop of Provincetown. This engaging film weaves a colorful tapestry of queer lives\, exploring themes of love\, alienation\, and resilience in the face of adversity.
