SUMMARY:American Schemers
DESCRIPTION:In Chicago director Jack C. Newell’s latest feature\, roommates and lifelong friends Kara and Oly have been making their way in New York City in the same shared business: robbing the homes of the recently deceased under the guise of “cleaning.” But when a death in the family erases all possibility of going the straight-and-narrow\, the pair has no choice but to embark on their most daring score yet: impersonating the heir of a large estate who hasn’t been seen by his family in 15 years. However\, they aren’t the only ones who have their eyes on the will. Enter a conniving lawyer\, a drunkard aunt\, and a naive author\, who make for a much messier\, and funnier\, situation than expected.
