If your business wants to support a GoPride initiative or discuss a joint campaign, share your idea, goals and timing. We will help define the opportunity and responsibilities.
What makes a useful proposal
A strong proposal explains the benefit to LGBTQIA+ readers and communities, identifies the organizer and offers a realistic plan. We consider the audience, dates, resources, requested deliverables and how the relationship will be disclosed.
- Organization name, website and a contact person.
- Event or initiative, dates, location and any relevant deadlines.
- Purpose, intended participants and beneficiary, if applicable.
- Requested support and what each partner would provide.
- Accessibility information and participation requirements.
- Budget, available assets and a way to assess the work.
Clear expectations from the start
Submitting a proposal does not confirm a sponsorship. Any agreed relationship needs a written scope, dates, responsibilities and permission for names or logos. Please do not identify GoPride as a sponsor until the arrangement has been confirmed.

We welcome ideas that help people discover opportunities and take part in local life. A sponsorship is a commercial or community relationship; it does not guarantee independent news coverage or allow a partner to direct editorial conclusions.
