Tales From The Queerside

Popular film genres get upended with queer twists in this program of sci-fi, thriller, horror, suspense, slasher, and just plain bizzare works. Some are comic spoofs and some are played straight, but all cleverly spin the formulas, tropes, and cliches of genre cinema. Watch out for telepathic aliens, an impending apocalypse, a haunted theater, a killer on the loose, and grandma’s strange friend! A Q&A session will follow the screening, featuring: Jonathan Hammond, Director/Screenwriter, We All Die Alone Sydne Horton, Director, The House Sitters
