Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Easter Brunch

Shor, the elegant new restaurant at Hyatt Regency McCormick Place, 2233 S. Martin Luther King Drive, will feature a delectable Easter brunch for the whole family from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 12. The menu will feature a Salad Bar, several gourmet Entrée choices, fresh fruits, homemade Pastries and a sumptuous Dessert Bar. For reservations, call 312.528.4140. The Easter Brunch will offer breakfast items such as freshly baked Pastries, Assorted Cereals, Granola with Compotes, and Sliced Fruits and Yogurt. At the Salad Bar, guests will be able to indulge in Vine Ripe Tomato Salad with Buffalo Mozzarella and Basil; Seafood Antipasto with Arugula and White Bean Salad; Meats, Cheese and Marinated Vegetables; Tuna Nicoise with Artichokes, Olives, Haricot Verts, Potatoes, and Tomatoes; Pasta Salad with Peas, Roasted Tomatoes, Pancetta Bacon, Watercress, and Goat Cheese Dressing; and Gravlox and Smoked Salmon with Onions, Tomatoes, Capers, and Lemon. Guests will be able to choose from one of the following a la carte gourmet entrees: Benedict Filet on Herb Brioche, Lobster and Chive Omelets, Chicken Hash, Bananas Foster French Waffles, Macadamia Crusted Mahimahi, Garlic Crusted Chicken Breast over Bean Casserole, or Lamb Loin Baby Green Salad. For dessert, an array of tempting Cookies, Brownies, Cakes, Miniature Pastries and Cobbler will be served. The brunch is $29.50 per adult, $15 for children ages 5-12, and free for children ages four and under.
