Haunted Halsted Halloween Parade (3)
Despite the rain and snow, thousands of people took part in the legendary Northalsted Halloween Parade. Now in its 23rd year, The Northalsted Halloween Parade is sponsored by the Northalsted Business Alliance, the same group behind Chicago Pride Fest and Northalsted Market Days.
